* Children under 3 years stay complimentary in villa and suite reservations

* There is a surcharge of USD 25 per child - 3 years to 11 years
* There is a surcharge of USD 50 per extra adult and child over 12yrs for villa reservations, Peak season USD75 per adult
* In order to secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total needs to be made
* For Peak and High season bookings, the remaining 50% payment needs to be made 2 months prior to the arrival date
* For Normal season bookings, the remaining 50% payment needs to be made 1 month prior to the arrival date
* Deposits for Peak season bookings are non-refundable
* Cancellation of High season booking is free of charge up until 3 months before the arrival date, subject to an administration fee of USD 150
* Cancellation of Normal season booking is free of charge up until 1 month before the arrival date, subject to an administration fee of USD 150
